Phase 1 __________________________________Spatial Planning
Floor-plans with spatial planning and furniture layout, rough elevations alongside inspirational images.will conduct a site visit to measure the spaces and put together scale floor plans ready for the design.
Phase 2 _____________________________________________Design
Refined design floor-plans and elevations, along with furniture and decor specification list.This involves a consultation with the client to discuss budgets, colour schemes and styles. Following this consultation, our design team will put together a design direction – which will showcase the style and colour palette that we would like to use for the design.
Phase 3___________________________________Technical Design
Technical specification drawings for trades and manufacturersWhether your project is a new build, renovation of an existing building, or if it only requires very basic cosmetic works, we can provide you with documents and plans to specifying all aesthetic finished for your project.
Phase 4_______________________________________Procurement
Management of all sourcing and buying. We track all orders and any returns that may be required. Then, once everything has been received, we would consolidate all the items, and deliver them directly to site. We charge a 20% fee on top of retail item price but pass onto you our full trade discount.
Phase 5____________________________________Implementation
Management of all trades to implement the project, timeline and installation, including styling to create the final reveal. We will ensure a swift and safe assembly of all furnishings in your property, as well as removing all the waste from site for recycling. A staged photoshoot of the finished design completes our end-to-end service.
